Praying Our Lives: Hope for the Restless Heart

Becky is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and writer.  She is the author of the book Busy Lives and Restless Souls. Becky holds a Masters in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans with a focus on Christian Spirituality. She has a Certificate of Spiritual Direction from Spring Hill University, a Masters of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University.  In 2014, she completed the Ignatian Preached Retreat Practicum.
